About us

Quail Cove is a planned community that is conveniently located at the southwest corner of Cortaro Farms and Oldfather Road in northwest Tucson. The Quail Cove community contains 137 homes and began development in 1998 by local Tucson builder New World Homes. A total of 5 different floor plans are available with square footage ranging from 1,368 to 2,019. The community was well designed with spacious lots, easy access and wide streets. There are a total of three entrances into the Quail Cove community. Two from Cortaro Farms Road and one from Oldfather Road. Unlike most planned communities in Tucson, Quail Cove has sidewalks on every street. Quail Cove is also conveniently close to schools, shopping and just minutes from Interstate 10. A day in Quail Cove begins with spectacular sunrises along the Catalina Mountains and ending with beautiful sunsets along the Tucson Mountains to welcome you back home.
